Stream directly to any social platform or system including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Vimeo, Zoom, Teams and more.


Per day rate.

  • Includes a fixed camera and all equipment, as well as a stream technician for a full day.
  • Stream directly to any social or web conferencing platform of your choice (including any RTMP or RTMPS service).
  • Integrate graphics, videos, slide decks as well as a huge range of input sources including cameras, laptops/desktops, remote presenters, other RTMP streams – the list goes on!

The Lively Platform

A cost-effective yet feature packed option with a variety of included addons to maximise your stream experience


Includes platform build, first event and first day of equipment. $1,400 per day for subsequent days. Additional events are $500.

Location Options

Your Venue

Live streaming your existing event from a Melbourne venue? We’ll come to you and integrate with any existing production or audiovisual equipment being used at your event.

Your Office

In the Melbourne CBD or surrounding suburbs and have a suitable meeting or conference space? We’ll come to you!

Studio Location

If you have multiple speakers or panel sessions, a larger studio space might be required. We have connections with studios around Australia and will work with you to come up with the best option.

Not in Melbourne? We regularly travel around Australia to produce live streams and have production partners in every state, get in touch to find out more!


Operator for Fixed Camera

Add a professional, experienced broadcast camera operator to your included fixed camera for $800.00 per day.

Additional Camera and Operator

Add a broadcast standard Full HD camera and operator for a second shot for $1,200.00 per day.

PTZ Camera (Remote Operated)

Add an additional remotely controlled broadcast PTZ camera for $400.00 per day. May require an additional technician depending on requirements

Local live feed distribution

Distribute camera feeds or your live stream to venue screens or televisions in breakout areas. Cost dependent on requirements.

Remote Presenters System

Include remote guests in your production via our full HD, low latency system for just $100.00 per presenter per day.

Complex events & streams

If you are looking to create a more complex show, where an additional stream technician might be required, this is $700.00 per technician per day.

Extra stream destinations

Live stream to additional social or web destinations (i.e your website, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter) for $90.00 per destination per day.

Stream to your domain

Upgrade your portal to be built on a subdomain of your own domain ( for a one off fee of $400.00

Custom designed portal

The standard platform build is created by our in-house designer based on any branding or creative provided, but if you require something more custom or with additional features, we can quote this accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

What are the ‘essentials’?

The essentials are the parts of our service that we provide to all of our clients, regardless of which package you’ve selected. These include:

  • Unlimited access types (live stream, replay, digital download) for paid streams.
  • Unlimited branded sales and content pages with all of your event copy front and centre with a range of features like live chat, event schedules and more.
  • Fully integrated, secure platform for purchase processing, access restriction, account management, email reminders and engagement tools (i.e. Slido).
  • A full digital & production team to create and deliver a professionally produced, brand-focused live stream as well as to provide customer technical support.

Are there any additional fees?

It depends on how you’re planning on using the Lively platform.

If you require users to register an account to access your live stream, we charge a $1.00 per user fee. 

If you are selling access to your live stream (i.e Pay Per View) and want to use Lively to process payments, we charge a $3.00 per user fee. If you prefer to use a different system, you can also send us a CSV of registered users and we can import them, which is charged at $1.00 per user.

When selling access online we integrate with Stripe, PayPal and a variety of other payment processors. Stripe (our preferred payment processor) currently charges the following fees per successful transaction:

1.75% + 30c (Australian Domestic Cards)
2.9% + 30c (International Cards)

What Production Equipment is included?

All of our packages include a fixed camera (without an operator), a live stream director and all of the equipment required to live stream your event, including a vision switcher, network infrastructure, audio controls and more.

If you already have a relationship with an audiovisual provider or event producer and simply need Lively to stream your event, that’s awesome too!

As a team with clients around Australia, we’re used to working with other awesome AV suppliers and are more than happy to work alongside your preferred team to ensure a seamless, impactful live stream experience.

Absolutely, Lively Productions is a full service production team that have been  providing a range of event production and technical AV services to businesses across Australia & the Asia Pacific for the past 10 years.
